Rebooking request
It is possible to make rebooking requests in the affiliate program, so that any untracked transactions can be imported subsequently.
For this purpose the menu item "Posting request" is available in the frontend. This can be reached via the tab "Campaigns".
The following menu items are available in the window which is opening now:
File: Here you can select the corresponding .csv file to be imported.
Separator: Here you can select the separator for the .csv file.
Encapsulation: Here you can select the encapsulation of the .csv file.
Project: Here you can select the project for which you want to make the rebooking requests.
Campaign: Here you can select the campaign for which the rebooking is to apply.
On the right side are example files for orientation.
Preparation
A word processing program is required. Microsoft Excel is suitable for this, but also OpenOffice and LibreOffice. As an alternative, a text editor can be used.
Now the column names have to be named according to the example file and the lines have to be filled with the corresponding values.
The most important fields for transactions are the following:
timestamp: Time of the transaction.
ordertoken: order number of the transaction.
trigger_id: Fixed value of the campaign. Often used to distinguish between new and existing customer sales. If the value is unknown, it must be requested.
subid: Contains further information, often external customer number etc.
turnover: Order value of the transaction.

Implementation
If the file has been prepared accordingly, the file can be selected and uploaded by using the "Upload" button. Afterwards the transactions/baskets are displayed again for checking. Click on the "Save" button to finally upload the transaction.
That the upload was successful can be seen by the banner above the upload box:
Afterwards, the partner will process the rebooking request. The status of this request can only be answered by this partner and not by easy MARKETING GmbH.
Problem cases
If the upload does not work, the following measures may help:
Use an alternative browser
Check the file for incorrect letters. To do this, open the file with text editor and check if there are extra letters in the file like ";".If the column names are not created identically to the default, the system may not be able to recognize them. Therefore, it is important to pay attention to the correct spelling.
Check whether there are more fields than columns.
